A GDR-quiz show and music by The Trouble Notes.
Do you know the show that sweetened six Saturday nights a year for 21 years until 1992? The show that began on GDR television, for which Dean Reed and ABBA were on stage and which millions of viewers watched?
These and similar questions will be the subject of this evening’s performance at the Neuköllner Opera House.
Because for all those who have always wanted to test their knowledge about the small sunken state, education consultant, trainer, and activist Florian Fischer has prepared a GDR quiz. Well, who knows what F, D and J stood for?
The indie band The Trouble Notes provides the musical harmony, harmony and conclusion. The combo of violin, guitar, cajon and bass not only unites the four nations Germany, Austria, England and the USA; it also creates a sound that lets the reunification of the two German states be heard with new ears.
Free admission for visitors to the Iron Curtain Man performance on September 26. For all those who would like to join the tandem event after the event, please register in advance (to comply with the pandemic regulation) at
